We collect: account information (email, display name, age, gender), preferences you set for matching, approximate location (if you enable location-based matching), device information for security purposes, and usage data to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: match you with compatible users, maintain account security, prevent abuse, process payments, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Speed-Text Messages

Messages sent during 3-minute speed-text sessions are ephemeral — they are transmitted in real-time via Supabase Realtime Broadcast and are never stored in our database. Once a session ends, those messages are gone permanently. Post-reveal messages between matched users are stored to enable ongoing conversation.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with: Supabase (infrastructure and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (application hosting and analytics). We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous performance monitoring. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You can: access and download your data, correct inaccurate information, delete your account and associated data, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, visit your profile settings or contact us.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.
